Ok, so I couldn't think of anything for some of them so I just stole some of fallen1s to fill in the blanks
1 =AFK
1.5 =Cannon Fodder
2 =Fresh Meat
2.5 =WarmingUp
3 = Player
3.5 = Real Gamer
4 = Hardcore
4.5 = Elite
5 = Mr_Me_II Wannabe
Mr_Me_II needs his own special rank that only he has.
