RE: source 1.6 ??
1.6 was built on the Half Life engine , while Source is the same engine as Half life two. 1.6 is , ofcourse , the older version , so the graphics look more choppy, while Source is much smoother. I find that 1.6 the hitboxes are a bit more accurate than source, but for some reason Source is alot easier . In 1.6 you can shoot through walls, but in source you can't. In 1.6 you can here the footsteps halfway accross maps , but in source only like 1/4.
