It's also possible the admin didn't realize the player was cheating, or that he actually
wasn't cheating. Anyone can submit a demo of a player to the Anti-Cheat Team for review. If you see this player on said server on a regular basis, and no admin is taking action, feel free to demo the player on your own and submit it. Information on how to do so can be found here:
