Nah roll with TITAN and Pwnz on this one man. Keeping crap to yourself and just going along with what others want so you dont "upset" them is a good way of slowly but surely killing off little pieces of yourself. And I'm being totally serious here. Unless both people are sharing what they're feeling, one will hold out, and the other will notice. Then neither of you are going to have a good time... ever...
