Title Distributed Through Content Deal with Warner Bros. Digital Distribution

BRISBANE, CALIF. – SEPTEMBER 25, 2008 - Direct2Drive, IGN Entertainment's digital retail store, today announced an agreement with Warner Bros. Digital Distribution to digitally distribute select titles from Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. LEGO Batman: The Videogame, developed by TT Games, is the first title available now for digital download in North America on Direct2Drive.com.

Warner Bros. Digital Distribution joins Direct2Drive's AAA roster of leading game publishers with titles available for digital download. The list, which also includes Atari, Activision, Blizzard Entertainment, Eidos, Electronic Arts, Namco, NCsoft, Sega, Sony Online Entertainment, Ubisoft, Vivendi Universal Games and 2K Games, underscores the growing investment the industry's top publishers are making in digital delivery.

“Warner Bros. has grown to become a powerhouse in videogames and we are excited to align ourselves with them and develop a long-lasting partnership,” said Sutton Trout, VP of digital content for IGN Entertainment. “Direct2Drive provides our millions of users with the latest in unique and exciting content and this partnership continues to solidify our role in being the leader in digital distribution.”

Since the site’s launch in October 2004, more than one million games have been downloaded on Direct2Drive, and the site enables gamers to conveniently purchase, download and play the latest PC games and expansion packs from the world’s top publishers.

Based on the iconic DC Comics’ heroes BATMAN and ROBIN, as well as many other memorable characters from the DC Comics Universe, LEGO Batman: The Videogame blends the wildly popular Batman universe with the versatility of LEGO building and the humor of the LEGO minifigure.
