LAIR is an arcade-style rpg developed by Factor 5 and published by Sony Online Entertainment for the PS3, will be released in August. The player assumes the role of knight named Rohnm whose mount is a dragon instead of the typical horse. Rohn’s is to defend his post at all costs by defeating enemies, creatures, and destroying certain objects. The majority of the battles will be air-combat, but as you can see from the trailer - some will be fought on the ground as well. In parts of the game, a morale system causes the enemy to either fight more or fight less - so you can expect either wimpy or ferocious confrontations. Relying on the PS3’s SIXAXIS motion controls, the player will fly their dragon by tilting the controller - so start practicing your coordination skills now.
