NCsoft and Paragon Studios are pleased to provide more information on City of Heroes Issue 16
Power Spectrum with a developer diary, entitled Overcoming the Impossible – Powers Customization in Issue 16 with Matt “Positron” Miller. In this piece, Matt talks about the how long this feature has been worked on, as well as some of the obstacles encountered along the way. We’ve also included 13 new Issue 16 screenshots demonstrating the UI and giving examples of some of the ways you can customize your City of Heroes powers.
